It is the completed order is the Billy Bones Leather Belt (Black Sails), with adaptation for everyday wear.

Belt of unusual design, 4 types of genuine leather were used: vegetable tanned 2.0-2.2 mm, chrome tanned 1.2-1.4 mm, lining thin cattle 0.6-0.7 mm and pork suede 0.5 mm. All visible seams are made by hand with flat waxed thread, all knots are separately secured and hidden in the thickness of the leather or hidden under the edging to avoid the presence of double stitches on the front part.

Also, at the request of the customer, the belt was supplemented with three loops with unloading hangers.

As a finish to protect against moisture and to give the belt and additional parts a worn look, we used a wax mixture of our own preparation, and polished it thoroughly (we used trimmings of softened flax).

The result of all this work was a unique product with character and a story that could be told in a tavern over a bottle of rum.
The product on photo was sent to its customer, and these pictures are exhibited as an example of quality of our work.
