Burdock has been a favorite medicinal herb for centuries and was taken for many ailments. Modern studies indicate that Burdock root oil extract is rich in phytosterols and essential fatty acid, nutrients required for healthy scalp and natural hair growth. Burdock root oil extract is popular in Europe as a scalp treatment applied to improve hair strength, shine and body, help reverse scalp conditions, combat hair loss. The oil helps combat scalp itching, redness and dandruff, promotes recovery of scalp irritation.

HOW TO USE: The main method of use of burdock oil for hair is to use it in its pure form as a mask. The oil should be heated prior to distribution in a water bath. This should be done on wet hair, evenly distribute the oil over the entire length of hair, focusing on the scalp, roots and tips. On top of wrap hair wrap and wrap a towel or a warm scarf. The duration of this procedure is from one hour to three. Rinse off the mask in a conventional manner with the use of shampoo and care balms and rinses.
