Before starting work on it, we carefully studied the details of the Jedi lore and references from the movie and artbook.
As a result, we chose fairly thin but durable undyed cow hide as materials. Which we then dyed by hand, carefully choosing a shade and treated with synthetic oil.
We not only did the aging and weathering, but also accurately reproduced the patches by selecting the appropriate material for them (for the fabric patch we chose a cotton/viscose/silk blend fabric with a textured weave).
The cape you see in the photo was sewn by us to order for a height of 195 cm, with all proportions recalculated.
For each customer, we recalculate the proportions of the patterns, so that the cape will be sewn just for you, taking into account your measurements.
