Welding Project Plans Drawings Panther (DXF, PDF)

This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine or manually with a convenient cutting tool using a stencil (for example, a grinder). Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a bending machine or manually, at the end welding the parts together according to the instructions and, if desired, cleaning and painting the finished product. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.

The Panther involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The weight of the Panther is about 54 kg. There are 62 parts in total. The design documentation includes 61 pages, 58 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 36 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (58 pcs.- files separately and for a sheet 2400×1200, 2500×1250, 3000×1500), Drawings (61 pages), Instructions (36 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 2636х894х759 mm.

The project contains an engraving layer. The engraving is located on the inside of the part (the bending direction in the drawings is on the outside of the part). Layer name of cutting “Cut”, layer of engraving “Engrav”.

DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size of 2400×1200, 2500x1250mm, 3000×1500.

On the nest, the parts are arranged so as to fit the parts on the sheet as compactly as possible, some parts are mirrored on the nest. If you care about which side the face is on when cutting (for example, when cutting stainless steel with a mirror finish), do the nesting yourself.

The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities.

3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
