White lapwort is a perennial herbaceous plant. It can be found in Russia and various European countries. Due to its unique biochemical composition, the plant is used for the treatment and prevention of many diseases. Most often, lapchak is prescribed to patients with disorders of the endocrine system.

Composition and properties
In the composition of the plant there are many useful substances for the human body:

iodine (has a positive effect on the thyroid gland, indispensable for the full functioning of the endocrine system);
iron (stimulates the production of hemoglobin in the blood, reduces the risk of anemia);
amino acids (necessary for the effective functioning of the entire body);
iridoids (help produce the necessary amount of bile);
glycosides (have a positive effect on the cardiovascular system);
tannins (eliminate inflammatory processes);
saponins (removes excess fluid from the body);
albinin (provides a thyroid effect, ensures normal thyroid function).
No other plant has such healing properties. Especially high effectiveness of therapy is observed in patients with thyroid disorders. An alternative solution among the healing herbs simply does not exist.

In traditional medicine, licorice is prescribed to people with iodine deficiency. This diagnosis occurs in almost every second patient.
