Welding Project Plans Drawings Table Rock 2 (DXF, PDF)

This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine or manually with a convenient cutting tool using a stencil (for example, a grinder). Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a bending machine or manually, at the end welding the parts together according to the instructions and, if desired, cleaning and painting the finished product. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished table, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.

The Table Rock 2 involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1,5 mm and a bending radius of 3 mm. The weight of the table is about 48 kg. There are 6 parts in total. The design documentation includes 8 pages. The instruction includes 4 pages in the order of assembly. The archive includes: dxf (6 pcs.- files separately), Drawings (8 pages), Instructions (4 pages). Overall dimensions of the stove excluding chimney (LxWxH): 2330х868х420.

There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line.

It is possible to change the size in proportion to the original size. That is, for example, when the length of the table is halved, the height and width are halved. To get a different size, email me.

DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size of 2500x1250mm, 3000x1500mm.

The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished table) in any quantities.

3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
