Solubility: Rice wax does not dissolve in water, mixes well and dissolves with the oily phase (hot) and goes well with other waxes.

Crystalline substance, solid. It is one of the natural plant waxes. Rice wax is obtained from the hulls of rice grains (from the germ) by pressing rice bran.
Properties:

Forms a protective film on the skin surface, thereby preventing skin dehydration;

Acts as an antioxidant;

Has anti-inflammatory properties;

Emollient component in cosmetics;

Anti-inflammatory property: soothes and heals;

The main stabilizer of emulsions, the use of rice wax improves skin texture.

Application: thickener, stabilizer and plasticizer in the manufacture of cosmetic products - creams, lipsticks, ointments, lotions, scrubs and other skin care products. Rice wax is widely used in the creation of decorative cosmetics and sunscreens. Also, rice wax is used as a glazing agent in the production of chewing gum to keep fruits and vegetables fresh.

Dosages: the recommended concentration is up to 10%.

Storage conditions: in a dry, dark place at room temperature.
